About the Role

As a key member of our Banking Centers Group, you will be responsible for soliciting and managing accounts within our target market. Your primary goal is to ensure desired profitability is achieved while maintaining a healthy risk profile for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess loan portfolios using effective account management strategies to guarantee satisfactory credit quality of assigned accounts.
  • Maximize earning potential and business growth from existing accounts by leveraging account planning, account profitability, and risk management tools.
  • Cross-sell other bank products to existing accounts based on our available product offerings to generate additional fee income.
  • Present loan packages of solicited and existing accounts for Credit Committee approval.
What You'll Contribute

Our ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in account management, financial analysis, and risk assessment. Strong marketing and account solicitation skills, effective negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer service orientation are also essential.
