Key Role:

We seek an accomplished Financial Professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain full-cycle accounting for multiple entities, including manufacturing, distribution, and real estate businesses.
  • Record journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Manage Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Support audit and tax processes, coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and service providers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Utilize NetSuite to process and manage financial data across client entities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or progress toward CPA preferred).
  • Minimum two years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-client or multi-entity environment.
  • Experience in construction pay applications and bank draws is preferred.
  • Real estate experience is essential.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing and distribution is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system required.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
