Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to customers using our financial software applications.

Your primary role will be to assist customers in resolving technical issues related to our software products, including troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing their use. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions, updating knowledge bases, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent technical skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with financial software applications, as well as a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices, is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, finance, accounting)
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with financial software applications
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, MS Office, Azure, Azure Monitoring, Smartsheet, and relational database concepts
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
