We offer an outstanding opportunity for an HR Administrator to join Q2 HR Solutions Inc.. As the ideal candidate, you will possess a keen eye for detail to perform HR administrative tasks reliably and efficiently.

Your Key Role:

  1. You will maintain employee and organization information through Personnel Administration and Organization Management in HRMS.
  2. Ensure the accuracy of tasks and processes being performed in Success Factors and HRMS.
  3. Handle concerns and resolve cases and issues through Helix Systems.
  4. Initiate escalations to relevant parties and demand improvements of tools, routines, and processes to work efficiently.
  5. Liaise between COE SF Service Delivery and stakeholders.
  6. Protect personally identifiable information (PII) and adhere to the COE SF & GSSC Manila Security Handbook.
  7. Follow up on pending requests.
  8. Coordinate or escalate concerns and issues encountered by the GFPL to concerned groups.
  9. Perform Mass Upload requests in Success Factor and ensure quality of uploaded data.
  10. Prepare LSMW templates for upload in HRMS and ensure quality of uploaded data.
  11. Participate in customer and stakeholder meetings and governance sessions.
  12. Support project implementation (coordination, data gathering, data validation, documentation, UAT/BVT).
