Marketplace Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrating with marketplace APIs, developing scalable solutions for order management and shipping, and providing input in architectural and technical decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations with marketplaces, building scalable solutions for catalog synchronization, shipping, and fulfillment, and mentoring junior engineers.

The successful candidate will possess strong experience in software engineering, proficiency in Rust (for Shopify app development), excellent knowledge of automated testing, and experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). They will also have solid database knowledge (e.g., PostgreSQL) and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integrations with marketplaces
  • Build scalable solutions for order management and shipping
  • Provide input in architectural and technical decisions
  • Develop Shopify apps and services using Rust
  • Mentor junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DDD knowledge and experience
  • Event sourcing and/or CQRS
  • Experience debugging a system in production or good knowledge of observability and tracing/logging practices
  • Experience with F# or another server-side programming language

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or a math-related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Benefits:

  • A competitive monthly salary range of ₱150,000 - ₱200,000
  • A flexible working schedule from 8:30am to 5pm Mon-Fri (GMT)
  • 15 days holiday per year
