Job Title: E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist

Are you a seasoned e-commerce professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to join our team.

This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, product listing optimization, and marketplace compliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client's online sales channels across Walmart, Amazon, and other major online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Optimize Product Listings: Ensure that product listings across all marketplaces are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for maximum visibility.
  • Oversee Marketplace Operations: Manage inventory, pricing, and promotions across all marketplaces, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
  • Conduct Keyword Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimize product listings accordingly.
  • Monitor Marketplace Policies: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketplace policies and ensure full compliance with requirements.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Track sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve marketplace-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, including Walmart Marketplace and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis, as well as experience with keyword research tools.
