We are seeking a skilled Business Analysis Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and develop process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories.
Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating discussions between business and IT teams to ensure alignment of goals, and creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation. You will also be responsible for preparing deliverables such as UAT test scripts, KT documents, user manuals, and training materials.
As a Business Analysis Professional, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects. You will also have the opportunity to work on innovative solutions and make a meaningful impact on the organization.

Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding: SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills: ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks: manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience: business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge: API integrations and system workflows.
- Certification: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent.
