Financial Analyst Job Overview

As a key member of our cross-functional team, the Financial Analyst will play a vital role in supporting business growth by providing data-driven insights and financial analysis. This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless workflows, accurate data collection, and process improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR)
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time
  • Maintain documentation accuracy, order, and accessibility
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks
  • Enforce process and quality standards across teams
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
