We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our services through thorough testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed QA testing on individual tickets with a primary focus on release and regression testing.
  • Execute manual testing with an opportunity to contribute to automation testing and development of testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support various projects effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability as a QA Analyst, with a track record of successful project outcomes.
  • Proficient in QA Manual Testing, with experience in executing Regression Testing.
  • Competent in using Postman for testing purposes.

Additionally, it would be beneficial to have:

Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
  • Prior experience in a tech-centric managed service environment.
  • Relevant certifications in QA or software testing.
