Are you a seasoned media professional looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling campaigns on Meta (Facebook/IG), Google, and TikTok Shop.

You will own the entire customer acquisition funnel from ad click to conversion, combining CRO, strategy, and performance marketing expertise. Your goal will be to craft, test, and scale full-funnel systems that convert cold traffic into customers across various platforms.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in paid social and search advertising, as well as your ability to write high-converting copy and build optimized funnels. If you have experience managing 6-7 figure budgets with measurable growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Media Buying Across Paid Social + Search: Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta (Facebook/IG), Google, and TikTok Shop.
  • Daily analysis of campaign performance to optimize creative, audiences, bidding, and spend.
  • Focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization + Funnel Strategy: Own and optimize full funnel architecture—landing pages, advertorials, checkout flows, upsells.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads with 2-5+ years of proven results.
  • Experience managing large budgets with measurable growth.
  • Deep copywriting and CRO skills: able to write, test, and optimize ads, landing pages, and funnels.
