Office Administration Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.
- Ensure smooth office administration, efficiency and safety by organizing procedures and managing office supplies.
- Partner with HR to design, implement and oversee adherence of office policies and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts and price negotiations.
- Maintain office records and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
