  • Ensure smooth office administration, efficiency and safety by organizing procedures and managing office supplies.
  • Partner with HR to design, implement and oversee adherence of office policies and procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts and price negotiations.
  • Maintain office records and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
