Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate campaign details and results to front-line staff.
  • Campaign Implementation:
    • Create and explain campaign mechanics to field sales teams.
    • Oversee the deployment and execution of marketing activities.
    • Manage consumer acquisition campaigns and resources.
  • Program Evaluation:
    • Regularly survey and ensure compliance with campaign standards.
    • Review campaign performance and address challenges promptly.
    • Monitor and evaluate program success.
  • Territory Leadership:
    • Support new product launches and develop bottom-up launch campaigns.
    • Create consumer campaigns for new opportunities.
    • Develop efficient routes to consumers and maintain the territory toolkit.
  • Resource Management:
