Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Insights Expert to join our team. As a key member of the business, you will play a vital role in driving strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business operations and be able to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define analytical needs and develop high-impact deliverables
  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes
  • Deliver strategic presentations to stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing
  • Build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results and contribute to the development of our analytics capabilities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work
  • Expert-level SQL, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modelling
