High-Level Support Specialist

This is an opportunity to work as a highly skilled and versatile support specialist, providing exceptional administrative assistance to senior executives and leadership teams.

\

Key responsibilities include managing high-volume scheduling, email prioritization, recruiting coordination, and executive-level administrative tasks.

\

Additionally, you will be responsible for calendar management across multiple time zones, scheduling internal and external meetings, and serving as a discreet liaison in select communications with investors, clients, and partners.

\

Other duties include scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, communicating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure smooth interview processes, maintaining scheduling workflows across tools (Acuity, Calendly, ATS), and handling travel arrangements and itineraries.

\

You will also be responsible for executing ad hoc tasks with minimal context but high accuracy, supporting light project management tasks to streamline leadership workflows, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

\

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with strong calendar and inbox management skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

\

Additional requirements include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, comfort using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, scheduling apps), and a track record of creating SOPs and improving administrative processes.
