Role Overview

The Virtual Administrative Professional is an integral component of our remote workforce, providing high-level support services to senior executives. This detail-oriented and organized professional will manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and perform various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate complex schedules and arrange individual and group travel.
  • Offer comprehensive administrative assistance in areas such as data entry, project completion, event planning, filing, mail management, and correspondence preparation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Organize meetings and summits from inception to conclusion.
  • Screen phone calls, prepare documents, process bill payments, and maintain records.
  • Complete errands as needed and create/maintain personal task lists and follow-up items.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (BPO preferred).
  • Exceptional English language proficiency and strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
