We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and strategizing social media campaigns across various platforms, as well as community management in the beauty or medical industry.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A creative mind with a flair for crafting engaging content that sparks conversations and fosters community engagement.
  • Analytical prowess to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for optimal results.
  • Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Canva, and the ability to adapt to emerging trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and efficiently, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing 300+ posts on Facebook, Instagram, & Google My Business per month.
  • Work directly with team members to ensure strategy aligns with all organic department strategies (SEO & Blogs, etc).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Implement content calendars and scheduling, ensuring consistent and timely delivery.
  • Stay abreast of social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the social media narrative and make a lasting impact in the aesthetic digital marketing sphere.
