Leading a team of finance professionals is a challenging yet rewarding experience. As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end financial management cycle, ensuring that all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Oversee month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present management reports to stakeholders, highlighting key business drivers and trends.
  • Maintain and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Mentor and lead a remote finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in controllership, financial planning and analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setup.
