At The Standard Hospitality Group, we are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Assistant Manager to join our team.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee payroll administration for non-confidential employees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary payroll data.
    • Conduct periodic benefits benchmarking to ensure competitive offerings.
    • Administer and communicate employee benefits programs.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
    • Prepare and submit reports as required by internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Vendor and Third-Party Coordination:
    • Manage relationships with external vendors for benefits programs, ensuring smooth execution and service delivery.
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors for services such as insurance, wellness programs, and other employee benefits.
  • HR Administration Management:
    • Support development and maintenance of HR policies related to compensation and benefits.
    • Assist in managing employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and rewards.
  • Health and Safety Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies related to employee well-being.
    • Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to provide support for employees.
  • Salary Benchmarking and Analysis:
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and analyze external salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation practices.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on benchmarking data.
  • Job Levelling and Rewards Management:
    • Support job leveling process by analyzing job roles and classifications.
    • Assist in managing rewards programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and employee satisfaction.
