We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Appraisal Specialist to join our team at the Social Housing Finance Corporation. As a key member of our property evaluation team, you will be responsible for conducting technical evaluations of properties in accordance with our systems, procedures, and program terms and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections to verify property boundaries, land use, and title documentation.
  • Analyze data to prepare appraisal reports and assess the technical feasibility of proposed projects under our housing programs.
  • Validate accomplishment documents submitted by stakeholders and assess conditions thereof for loan release purposes.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or bottlenecks in the evaluation process.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a salary ranging from P29,500 to P34,000 per month, as well as access to various benefits including government-mandated benefits, paid legal holidays, 13th Month pay, and more.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in property evaluation or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
