E-Commerce Specialist Role Overview

We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall e-commerce operation, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Manage the website's day-to-day operations, maintaining a smooth user experience.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, providing assistance with selection and purchase decisions.
  • Optimize product listings by adding detailed descriptions, visual assets, and specifications.
  • Foster relationships with content creators, influencers, and compatible businesses to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop concepts, layouts, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners on stock availability and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain initiatives for PPC advertisement campaigns and social media engagement.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries.
  • Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and non-technical best practices.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (at least B2 level).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of CSS Media queries.
