The Investigation Associate role is a challenging and dynamic position that requires exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. As a key member of the Seller Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) Team, you will play a vital role in investigating and eliminating online e-commerce risk.

Job Description

This 12-month short-term contract role involves working on a wide range of duties related to investigation and risk elimination. The successful candidate will be responsible for authenticating customers and complex transactions, using excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals with minimal supervision.

You will work under limited manager supervision, making decisions independently with a high degree of accuracy. Your ability to analyze problems logically and think critically will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least a high school diploma with 3 years of any work experience or fresh graduates and career freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
