Learning Content Developer

We are seeking an experienced Learning Content Developer to join our team. As a Learning Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning content for various roles within the organization.

Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and deploying high-quality learning materials that meet the needs of our learners. You will work closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure that the learning content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with our business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create learning content that meets the needs of our learners, including online courses, job aids, and simulations.
  • Design and develop interactive and engaging learning experiences using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Vyond.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of adult learning theory and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure that learning content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning content and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creating learning content for various audiences and formats.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and e-learning development principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Vyond.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
