Job Description

We are looking for a professional to join our team in this key position. As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be handling a range of tasks including:

  • Credentialing duties:
    • Collecting and verifying documentation such as accreditation, membership, and facility privileges.
    • Assisting healthcare providers with completing and submitting payer forms.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using an online database.
  • Implementing automated workflows:
    • Providing requirements to software developers for implementation.
    • Reviewing and testing implemented systems.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in US-based credentialing processes.
  • Familiarity with the US medical insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Credentialing certification is essential.
