Remote Healthcare Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Remote Healthcare Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work with us in a remote capacity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working closely with healthcare providers, and utilizing their expertise to support the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and professional communication to patients regarding test results
  • Create and process referrals for specialized healthcare providers
  • Order labs and imaging, while coordinating and scheduling appointments for patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)
  • E nsure adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
  • RN License (US-certified)
  • At least 1-year experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant
  • Specialization or experience in patient care, family medicine, acute care, or clinical settings preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
  • Solid understanding of medical terminologies and practices
  • Proficient in EHR/EMR systems and ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
