Captioning Specialist

Our team is looking for a skilled Captioning Specialist to lead our captioning efforts. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the voice of our brand across multiple models and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging captions for various content types, ensuring each one reflects the unique tone and style of the assigned model.

2. Develop model voice profiles by partnering with content leads and creators to build tone guides for each model.

3. Maintain high-quality captioning systems and workflows, including building and refining SOPs for caption creation, review, and scheduling.

4. Align with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions and anticipate high-traffic content periods to prepare ahead.

5. Stay up-to-date on trends in pop culture, slang, and content language, and use analytics to inform content strategy.

Requirements:

  • At least 2–3 years of professional copywriting experience in social media or creator-based platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience adapting tone across multiple personas or brands.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
  • Familiarity with using analytics to inform content strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, creator economies, or fan engagement industries.
  • Background in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or Marketing.
  • Previous exposure to adult-themed content in a professional setting.
  • Experience in remote team leadership and fast-paced content production cycles.
