Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage all digital content, encompassing copy, imagery, video, voice, editing, uploading, and reporting.

  • Create engaging, trend-driven content that reflects the brand's essence and resonates with our audience.

  • Monitor media, social, and cultural trends for relevant stories and ideas to fuel our community.

  • Drive traffic and engagement through SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and social strategies.

  • Optimize the online customer journey to enhance conversion rates through targeted content and personalization.

  • Analyze traffic data and research to uncover new opportunities for content expansion beyond search.

  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders, influencers, experts, and business partners to foster partnerships and growth.

  • Oversee site operations during promotional and seasonal campaigns, ensuring timely and on-brand content delivery.

  • Continuously refine digital experiences and community engagement strategies to maximize impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a digital or content company.

  • Strong understanding of long-term customer journeys and community development.

  • Proven expertise across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging networks.

  • Expert knowledge of digital and social organic search, Google Ads, affiliates, and display advertising.

  • Understanding of omnichannel environments, incorporating websites, CRM systems, social media, and advertising.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.

  • Demonstrated success in driving online traffic that converts into community growth and sales.

  • Ability to think creatively, deliver innovative solutions, and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
