Social Media Manager Job Description

Join a team of innovative professionals as a Social Media Manager and be responsible for managing the social presence of five brands. This role requires a creative thinker with expertise in Instagram and social media trends.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visually appealing content, including daily Instagram Stories and well-edited reels using provided content while ensuring a sleek, modern aesthetic that resonates with the target audience.

This position involves key responsibilities such as creating captivating Instagram Stories and reels, editing sharp and engaging reels, focusing on aesthetics, selecting fonts, and aligning text to create a clean look. Proficiency in Canva and CapCut is required, while Premiere Pro and Lightroom are a plus.

You will write engaging captions that reflect the brand's voice and support visual storytelling, manage and engage with the community by interacting with similar brands, answering DMs, and responding to comments in line with the brand's tone.

A successful candidate will stay current with Instagram algorithms and analytics to maximize content reach and growth. They should also be familiar with project management tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Airtable.

Requirements and Qualifications

Additionally, this role requires at least 1 year of social media management experience, expertise in selecting fonts and text alignment, and proficiency in Canva and CapCut. Strong video/photo editing skills and familiarity with project management tools are also necessary.
