Job Description
  • A dynamic role requiring the individual to handle assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage the Logistics & Warehousing categories including:
    • Leasing of facilities
    • Facilities improvement & Fit-out
    • Maintenance, Repair & Operation (MRO)
    • Material handling equipment
    • Facilities spare part purchase
  • Seek alternative sources of suppliers.
  • Strong concept of supplier relationship management.
  • Implement and execute strategic category management and procurement processes in support of business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of spending and develop overall sourcing strategy that supports company goals.
  • Lead and execute individual sourcing projects including sourcing strategy development, bidding/quotation process, award recommendations, review and negotiation, purchase order issuance, and contract execution in coordination with the legal team.
  • Review and manage contracts and supplier/agency negotiations; track key framework contracts & expiration dates to ensure continuous supply for operations.
  • Initialize rate cards & staffing plans to improve efficiency in sourcing and negotiations.
  • Make recommendations for procurement strategies, processes & procedures using analytics and market intelligence.
  • Proactively develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and agencies.
  • Follow SOPs and policies set by Procurement Guidelines and educate colleagues on best practices.
  • Ensure procurement processes are transparent, ethical, and comply with legal requirements.
  • Assist in the development of KPIs and SLAs for suppliers.
  • Act as the liaison between stakeholders, finance, and accounting.
  • Manage the local WPS business (Workplace Services) in the Philippines.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in procurement.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Results & process-oriented.
  • Able to balance and manage priorities.
  • Creative, innovative, agile, and flexible.
  • Budget management and financial planning skills.
  • Global business knowledge and experience.
  • Autonomous, self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
