About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Employee Experience Manager. As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across various countries.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and policies, with experience working in regional or multi-country operations. You will be responsible for managing employee data, generating reports, and maintaining reporting solutions aligned with global standards.

You will work closely with the Global Reporting Analyst to maintain and align reporting solutions to global standards. Additionally, you will perform Workday Employee data management, set up new hire Workday profiles, generate business letters and contracts as needed, and execute transactions on Workday for employee moves and promotions.

In this role, you will own data accuracy in all elements, including merit/bonus plans, cost centers, and other relevant data. You will also manage coordination with stakeholders and in-market partners, raise EIB uploads for mass data change requests to HRIT, and provide Workday data support for Payroll.

As a People Operations Specialist, you will lead APR data cleansing, perform data hygiene audits, and drive corrections of data and employee tagging on Workday. You will also work with HRIT to ensure correct Workday compensation data feeds into the Payroll system, work with Benefits providers as needed, and perform Employee Exit transactions in Workday.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in using live chat/case management platforms and HR information systems (Workday and ServiceNow) is advantageous.
