Job Description

The Employee Experience Manager will be responsible for designing and executing multimedia campaigns across internal communication channels, including email, intranet/internal social media platforms, digital signages, and physical collateral.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for employee engagement and communications.
  • Design and create engaging multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communications and events with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on event metrics, providing insights for future improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational communications, marketing, project management, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating large-scale employee engagement events and communications campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
