Junior Treasury Analyst

The role of Junior Treasury Analyst is a key position in the organization, responsible for supporting the coverage of servicing the group's treasury operations. As a member of the treasury team, you will be involved in various duties, including global bank account management, treasury management system administration, and day-to-day treasury activities.

Key responsibilities include monitoring daily cash positions and reconciling daily variances between treasury transactions and statements. You will also monitor and manage exceptions in the treasury management system and contact related banks and the system vendor to resolve issues. Additionally, you will ensure data integrity in the treasury management system and assist users with payment troubleshooting.

  • Global Bank Account Management: Manage multiple banking platforms, user setup, and new account onboarding.
  • Treasury Management System Administration: Administer the treasury management system, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Day-to-Day Treasury Activities: Execute treasury payments, assist with foreign exchange trade confirmations, and resolve treasury requests and queries through Service Now.

As a Junior Treasury Analyst, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, Legal, Company Secretary, and Internal Auditors, to provide necessary financial information and support. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English (C1), additional languages are an advantage but not required.
  • Education: Recognized bachelor's degree, and/or Treasury Qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years' experience in treasury or finance, preferably for a large multinational organization.
