Financial Operations Specialist

This role requires a skilled professional to play a critical part in accurate client month-end billing and supporting month-end activities.
The Billing Business Analyst interacts with various teams, including Accounting, Treasury, Client Service, Operations, Compliance, and Technology.
To succeed in this position, you must be a critical thinker, analytical, energetic, and possess a strong attention to detail.
- Prepare data for settlement processing by validating and analyzing information to ensure timely and accurate results.
- Elicit business requirements to convert manual tasks to automated processes.
- Identify process improvements to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies.
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts and communicate daily status.
- Assist with quarterly and annual audit requests as needed.
- Liaise with operational and Client Service teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accuracy.
