Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Information Modelling specialist to deliver exceptional results in our organisation.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, architecture, or a related field, with a minimum of 3+ years of Revit drafting/modeling experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D building information models for building services.
  • Create high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards.
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets.
