About the Role

We are seeking an experienced M365 Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide high-level support and guidance to clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for M365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to drive team growth and development

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, primarily Azure and M365
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
