Digital Growth Specialist

">Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Growth Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid acquisition channels, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.

">Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing ads across multiple platforms
  • Independently creating accounts, analyzing targeted users, optimizing ad content, improving ROI
  • Collaborating with designers to develop ad content plans based on data analysis and user portrayals for overseas users
  • Communicating closely with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and executing digital growth strategies
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Onboarding influencers and managing influencer networks to drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora
  • Developing and managing B2B partnerships to drive online growth
  • Managing Public Relations to drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora with multiple stakeholders
  • Conducting market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends;
  • Supporting and collaborating with various teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns;
  • Engaging in cross-functional responsibilities and assisting the team where needed.

The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience with paid media, having managed and optimized campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. A passion for marketing and a commitment to helping us grow our marketing reach and customer base are essential.
