About This Opportunity

This role plays a pivotal part in creating and refining financial models for portfolios, meeting investor reporting requirements, and overseeing the client's operating portfolio of photovoltaic and battery storage assets.

You will collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure seamless operation and growth. This individual has opportunities for future growth and development amongst a group of high-achieving professionals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance portfolio-level financial models to inform budgets and reforecasts.
  • Prepare project-level budget variance analysis and communicate findings to operational teams.
  • Identify underperformance and optimization opportunities of operating assets, providing actionable recommendations for improved results.
  • Prepare reporting packages and deliverables for investors and lenders.
  • Work with operational teams to protect portfolios from operational risk and ensure timely delivery of key alerts.
Essential Skills and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field or relevant coursework preferred.
  • Creative problem-solving, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills for managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets, querying databases, and using ERPs such as NetSuite.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
