Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Business analysis including review of existing processes, systems, and documentation.">
  3. Identification of different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.">
  4. Contribution to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architects and other team members.">
  5. Mapping requirements to capabilities leveraging and maximizing standard features.">
  6. Leading end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.">
  7. System configuration and customization in line with solution design and adherence to best practices and standards.">
  8. Conducting user training sessions and promoting user adoption of Marketing Cloud features.">
  9. Developing and executing automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.">
  10. Performing data gathering to define and document business requirements and collaborating with the Solution Lead Designer in mapping solutions per requirement.">
  11. Providing input to project estimates specific to declarative parts of system design.">
  12. Identifying different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.">
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required including but not limited to Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator.">
  • Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.">
  • Ideal candidate has background in Salesforce administration, technical business analysis, or functional consulting.">
  • Tenacious, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual.">
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.">
  • Strong Data Analysis skills are required.">

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of applications, relational databases, and web technologies.">
  • Knowledge of digital marketing landscape including but not limited to Google Adwords, Meta etc.">
  • Data Cloud knowledge would be preferred.">
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.">
  • A desire to work within fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.">
  • Actively developing their professional network through participation in technology user groups, networking events, and technology organizations.">
