The role of Senior Cloud Consultant involves delivering exceptional cloud services to clients. This position requires strong technical skills, including expertise in cloud servers, services, and software.

Responsibilities include ongoing support, escalations from monitoring teams, and proactive maintenance for client Azure platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITIL processes, Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, as well as Windows and Linux system administration.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience is required. Additionally, the candidate should have 2+ years of experience with cloud servers, services, and software, or equivalent sys admin experience with on-prem server and virtualization environments.

About the Role

This is a critical position within our managed services team, responsible for providing top-notch cloud services to clients. The Senior Cloud Consultant will work closely with our team to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud servers, services, and software, or equivalent sys admin experience
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in cloud servers, services, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
