Salesforce Marketing Cloud Professional

We are seeking an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our team as a Senior Consultant. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor for clients, helping them drive customer engagement and business success through effective Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

A strong understanding of Marketing Cloud's capabilities and automation makes you a strategic partner in designing and implementing marketing strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences.

You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.

The role requires proficiency in Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, as well as experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.

About the Role:
  • Business analysis including review of existing processes, systems, and documentation
  • Identification of different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements
  • Contribution to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architects and other team members
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms
  • System configuration and customization in line with solution design and best practices
  • Conduct user training sessions and promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud features
  • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns
  • Perform data gathering and document business requirements
  • Provide input to project estimates specific to a declarative part of system design
  • Manage the implementation of SF Solution design to meet business requirements
  • Perform system configuration and groundwork per specification of an architect or lead designer
  • Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to the objectives of the design
  • Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation
  • Participate in hypercare support to provide assistance to end users
  • Stay updated with the latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends
