We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs. The ideal candidate will utilize the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve customers' experiences during challenging times.

Candidates accepted for this role will be contacted on an as-needed basis. Work hours are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We welcome positive and driven applicants who possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Ideal candidates are:

  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (not required)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Windows OS proficiency
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality records
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Customer-centric with empathy, responsiveness, and patience
  • Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong teamwork and customer focus
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
