Neksjob is seeking a Help Desk Associate to join our team in Baguio. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role

The primary function of this role is to respond to incoming calls from customers, address their inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide information about our products and services. You will also handle complaints in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have at least a college degree. Experience is not necessary, but it is beneficial if you have excellent communication skills and are willing to work on-site.
