  • Refunds for items, correcting shipping errors, offering substitutes for out-of-stock items.
  • Basic technical support for products, tracking inquiries, and wholesale sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience required.
  • Prior knowledge of retail operations or similar order processing systems is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team, positive attitude, and desire to assist customers.
