Marketplace Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by optimizing e-commerce operations, leveraging AI-powered tools, and enhancing product listings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketplace strategies, including product listing optimization and SEO enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine digital asset management, inventory updates, and shipping compliance processes
  • Analyze website data and marketplace trends to inform product positioning and performance improvements
  • Perform ongoing SEO audits, incorporating AI-driven insights to enhance meta content and optimize platform listings
  • Manage and grow marketplace operations, ensuring alignment with the latest algorithmic requirements and best practices
  • Monitor and report on site traffic, keyword performance, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decisions

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, with expertise in marketplace management and AI tool integration
  • Demonstrated track record in SEO strategy execution, including familiarity with leading AI platforms
  • Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, SurferSEO, Clearscope, Frase, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4
  • Excellent written communication skills, with ability to generate high-quality product copy and marketing materials
  • Strong understanding of Google's SEO content policies and AI compliance best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketplace tools
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with exceptional prioritization and time management skills
