About the Graphic Design Role:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with strong portfolio experience in creating engaging eCommerce performance creatives to work on high-profile campaigns and drive client success.

This is a fantastic opportunity to elevate brand identity, maintain consistency, and analyze ad performance data to optimize creatives for better CTR, ROAS, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing ad creatives for various platforms, focusing on bold visuals that stop the scroll and drive conversions.
  • Create graphics, headers, icons, and illustrations to support high-converting funnels and landing pages, working closely with funnel strategists and copywriters.
  • Analyze ad performance data to tweak creatives for better results, running variations and A/B tests on graphic concepts.
  • Stay up-to-date on ad design trends, top-performing formats, and eCommerce visual styles, pitching original creative concepts during brainstorms.
  • Collaborate with video editors, funnel designers, and media buyers to deliver cohesive ad campaigns using design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in eCommerce or performance marketing.
  • A proven portfolio of high-converting ad creatives.
  • Strong proficiency in design software including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing principles, including hooks, CTA hierarchy, and conversion design.
  • Ability to balance aesthetic polish with performance goals.
  • Clear English communication skills for remote collaboration.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple fast-moving projects.
  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, and composition.
  • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, GIF creation, or video thumbnails.
  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing, ad analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Exposure to landing page design or funnel layout thinking.
