Role Summary

As a Senior Business Process Analyst at Optum, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's compensation strategy. Your expertise will help inform business decisions, drive strategic planning, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Salary/Budget Surveys: Conduct salary/budget surveys to gather market data and inform compensation decisions.
  • Conduct Market Analyses: Analyze market trends and data to support variable compensation decisions.
  • Utilize Compensation-Related Data: Leverage compensation-related data to design and administer variable compensation programs.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements specific to India and the Philippines.
  • Analyze Variable Compensation Data: Analyze variable compensation data to identify root causes, trends, and issues, and respond accordingly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Management.
  • HR Experience: Have 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation, Payroll, or Employee Relations domains.
  • Business Experience: Possess 3+ years of business experience with the ability to design and build moderately complex business analytical models and effectively communicate analyses and/or recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Software Proficiency: Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, with Excel proficiency being a must.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
