Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Making phone calls to expired opportunities to increase company's renewal sales and capture rates
  • Preparation and distribution of lead sales within a designated region
  • Interaction with customers and non-service certified partners to generate sales leads
  • Contributing to increasing NAM Renewal and Capture Rate and non-concurrent revenue in NAM

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Schneider Electric portfolio and strong customer relations in Manufacturing segment will be a plus
  • Excellent English communication & interaction skills
  • Prior experience in Services and recurring maintenance contracts will be a key differentiator
  • Digital savvy and knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in Rosario, Cavite, hybrid work set up and at night shift
