We're looking for an energetic and goal-driven Telesales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales of products, services, and subscriptions through phone outreach and social media engagement, leveraging digital platforms to connect with potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in entertainment, digital services, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of gaming trends in digital engagement, streaming platforms, and social media for customer outreach
  • Comfortable using social media to build relationships, generate leads, and drive sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone and online interactions.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and sales.
  • Skilled in handling objections, overcoming challenges, and closing sales via phone and social media.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and experienced in upselling, cross-selling, or account management.
  • Passionate about online communities and digital trends, with an active presence in relevant platforms.
  • Passion for video games and an active presence in gaming communities, either as a streamer or an engaged follower.
