Senior Digital Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Digital Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of project managers, overseeing and managing large and complex digital projects, working closely with project teams to ensure project requirements are met, providing regular project updates to stakeholders, managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring project documentation is up to date and accurate, identifying and managing project risks and issues, developing and maintaining project plans, managing project resources, including hiring and managing contractors, ensuring the team is using the best project management practices and processes, defining project goals and objectives, and ensuring they align with overall business objectives.

• Oversee global team activities across multiple projects
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information with multiple stakeholders
• Organize and/or participate in high-level stakeholder discussions and meetings
• Develop strategies for effective project on-boardings and transitions
• Analyze activity risks and opportunities
• Escalate blockers to progress on initiatives
• Create and maintain comprehensive team documentation, plans and reporting
• Define quality standards and ensure they are followed
• Monitor specific KPIs and provide updates to management team and colleagues on customer/project status
• Organize initiatives for team engagement and retention
• Conduct technical interviews for aspiring applicants
• Train, set goals, and evaluate team member progress

• Quality of project deliverables: measures the quality of work produced by the PM, including accuracy, completeness, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage tasks: measures ability to manage tasks assigned, including ability to prioritize, delegate, and complete tasks on time
• Communication with stakeholders: measures ability to communicate with stakeholders effectively, including their ability to provide regular project updates, respond to questions and concerns in a timely manner, proactivity to share value, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Team collaboration: measures ability to work collaboratively with other team members, including their ability to provide support and assistance to other team members when needed
• Adaptability: measures ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, including their ability to adjust project plans and timelines as needed

• More than 4 years professional related experience in Project Management or similar roles WITH client-facing (email interactions, regular calls with client) and leadership experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficiency in project coordination
• Able to prioritize, balance and organize multiple tasks
• Positive and deadline-driven attitude
• With a strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to identify risks and problems and then providing solution
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
• Excellent analytical skills, allowing the ability to distill requirements into action plans
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
• Hands on experience with project management tools
• Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS
• Curious about E-commerce, multi-media, localization, and new web technologies in general
• Knowledge with basic Project Lifecycle and Agile principles
• Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Jira, Confluence)
• Able to interpret data, provide reporting, and maximize integrations
• Possess strong cross-group negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and conflict management skills
• Expertise in resource and project allocation management.
• Strategic in fostering team career development and providing coaching.
• Proven leadership experience

• 2:30pm - 11:30pm PHT Monday to Friday
