About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Operating Officer to lead our day-to-day operations, focusing on back-office and support services in the information services industry.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management, with a strong background in the outsourcing industry, preferably in infrastructure or transportation sectors.

The COO will be responsible for developing and implementing effective operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and ensure top-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and leadership of daily operations
  • Development and implementation of operational strategies
  • Collaboration with senior leadership to align operational activities with company goals
  • Analysis of performance metrics and operational data to identify areas for improvement
  • Budgeting and resource management
  • Leadership and motivation of the operations team
  • Maintenance of compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
  • Relationship building with clients, vendors, and partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Solid experience in the outsourcing industry, especially in managing back-office and information services operations
  • Proven ability to lead operational improvements and drive efficiency
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
