Job Description
This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of project managers. The successful candidate will oversee and manage large and complex digital projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of project management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and motivate team members to achieve their goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A key responsibility of this role will be to develop and implement project plans, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing project resources, including hiring and managing contractors, and identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

In addition to these technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to foster a positive and inclusive team culture. They will be able to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
